Enrichment Director

Schedule: the Site Director is expected to report at their site for PM shifts
Pay & Benefits:
- $18.50 - $21.50 per hour (depending on education)

As an AlphaBEST Enrichment Coordinator , you'll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Instructors that deliver excitement to our students in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must have a degree (preferably in a relatable field) and/or the required amount of verifiable experience per AZ licensing regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by AZ childcare licensing regulations
