Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
• Active and valid Occupational Therapy license
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based OT preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable and organized with a passion for helping children thrive

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students grades K-12, supporting their academic, social, and functional participation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and create intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust strategies as needed
• Work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team to contribute expertise and resources
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in school-based therapy interventions
