• Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Drive to job sites using company vehicles while adhering to all traffic regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control or related fields such as lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
• Familiarity with farm machinery and hand tools is a plus.
• Strong sales skills to promote additional services effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to pest control practices.
