Recruiting Assistant Job Description:

PrideStaff is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our new office team in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing great candidates and then matching these candidates with the great companies we work with. The Recruiting Assistant will help with developing talent by assisting with new hires, onboarding, background checks, pre-interviews and any additional office needs. The ideal Recruiting Assistant is bilingual in Spanish, has experience in the staffing industry, knows how to use general office equipment while delivering superb phone and customer service skills. The Recruiting Assistant is a full-time, in-office, direct hire position with an outstanding and growing new team in Phoenix, AZ.

Recruiting Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, E-Mails & Networking
• Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent
• Prescreen Applicants for Qualifications Through Phone Interviews
• Perform Reference Checks & Submit Drug Tests
• Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates
• Prepare Candidate Profiles For Presentation to Clients
• Perform Other Office Related Duties as Requested

Recruiting Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• AA Degree is Highly Preferred But Not Required
• Excellent Communication & Telephone Etiquette
• Bilingual in Spanish Required
• Proficiency With Word Templates Creating & Editing Documents
• Knowledge of Calendar Management & Scheduling
• Knowledge of Payroll & Quickbooks Preferred But Not Required
• Experience Utilizing ATS a Plus
