💼 Role: Early Research & Development Scientist
What You'll Do:
🎯 Conduct experiments and analyze data to support R&D initiatives.
🔬 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.
📈 Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
🧪 Develop new methodologies and improve existing processes.
📚 Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
🤝 Mentor junior scientists and interns as needed.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in research and development.
✅ Preferred
Ph.D. degree – entry
level fresh from grad school or with post-doctoral experience à biology, cell culture, biochemistry
or related field.
✅ Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
