Role Overview

• Job Title: Branch Office Administrator (Junior Level)

• Location: In office - Tucson, AZ 85701
• Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
• Duration: Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Job Description:
  • Generate and review reports, update client account information
  • Handle phone calls and money movement requests
  • Communicate client needs to internal team members
• Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous administrative or client service experience preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of TUCSON, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in TUCSON,AZ.
