Sales Representative I

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Primarily responsible for providing outbound sales coverage for open territories this includes c onducting prospecting calls through means such as Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc., as well as, responding to all incoming leads daily.
- Conducts follow up calls and attempts to create opportunities with every customer in order to minimuze risk of losing business.
- Effectively follow KPI goals and objectives, track progress versus goals, and make adjustments to meet or exceed all targets.
- Assist with follow up calls on lost opportunities .
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree OR at least 1 yr experience in customer service or retail sales
Results oriented; drive and desire to build a sales career; Time management skills;
Preferred Skill/Ability relocatable

An ideal Sales Rep I is someone who excels in lead generation, building relationships, and finalizing sales transactions. You will collaborate with multiple departments in a matrixed business environment while contributing to the achievement of WS’s sales goals and the company’s success.
