Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere. **Job Located in Kingman, AZ** **Job Duties** + Process part order sheets received from technicians. Pass out parts that are in stock. + Order parts that are on backorder daily. Order parts for stock weekly. + Receive orders from Crown, match received parts with packing slip, and commit parts to the correct requisitions or put stock parts into inventory. + Communicate with Crown on all parts order errors (parts shorted, mislabeled, etc.). + Ensure counts and movement of parts are accurate. Perform cycle counts and stockroom inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained. + Process parts needing location in stockroom. Process parts being returned to stock. Process overstock returns. Prepare inventory and reconciliation reports as required. + Order and distribute non-Crown parts. Order shop supplies, checking prices as needed. + Complete and submit core returns and warranty claims to Crown. Maintain logs of submitted claims to track progress. Check for credits from short, shipped orders. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent is required. + Basic math, read, remember, reason, analyze, and complete paperwork. + Good computer skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow directions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Per 8-10 hour shift (sit up to 5 hrs., stand up to 3 hrs., walk up to 2 hrs.), occasionally (bend, push/pull), occasionally (squat, kneel and reach above shoulder level). Frequent lifting and carrying (frequently from 0 to 24 lbs., occasionally from 25 to 50 lbs.). Must be able to see, hear, write, have good binocular vision, do simple and firm grasping with both hands, and use foot to operate foot pedals. Must be able to work in a moderately noisy environment with exposure to vibrations, battery acid and dust. Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and safely work in areas of lift truck traffic. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience operating a lift truck preferred. **Work Authorization:** Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
