Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) — Primary & Urgent Care | NW Tucson

Primary Med Clinic is a locally owned primary and urgent care practice in northwest Tucson, and we're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to grow with us. If you want the autonomy to practice, have real relationships with your patients, and a team that treats you like a person instead of a number, we'd love to meet you.

We see a wide range of patients — chronic-condition management, women's health, and same-day urgent care — so no two days look quite the same. You'll have genuine independence and the support to do your best work.

What you'll do

• Independently evaluate and manage patients across primary and urgent care
• Manage patients with chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care
• Provide women's healthcare services
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe, and reconcile medications
• Document visits accurately and on time
• Submit billing and charge data promptly

What we're looking for

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, graduate of an accredited NP program
• Minimum 3 years managing patients in a clinic, urgent care, ER, or similar setting
• Experience in women's health
• Current DEA license and national board certification
• Up-to-date CDC-recommended vaccinations for healthcare workers
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and openness to leadership
