SENIOR SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Onsite 5 days/week at Phoenix, Arizona HQ office location Job Type: Contract | ASAP - July 2024 Compensation Range: $30.00 - 33.66 per hour Our client, a global leader in beauty and cosmetics, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Support Administrator to join their team! As a Senior SSA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of concierge-level customer service to internal customers, as well as overseeing process execution and administrative office support activities for the Account Concierge and Sales teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove, concierge-style customer service to sales representatives. This includes answering incoming calls, monitoring and solving support desk tickets, processing orders, and execution of related marketing programs.
- Maintain knowledge of the products and FAQs.
- Utilize systems and department tracking tools and processes to ensure standard department practices and SOPs are followed.
- Process sales orders timely and accurately.
- On occasion, communicate with warehouse and Fedex/UPS/freight forwarders as appropriate.
- Understand and maintain adherence to departmental and corporate procedures and timelines.
- Internally fulfill and ship orders and marketing requests, as needed.
- Effectively prioritize the daily responsibilities, management of order and ticketing system, phone calls and office requests, both individually and within the Concierge Team.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 5+ years corporate business or related job experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in heavy workload environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical ability.
- Flexible, persuasive, and diplomatic.
- Strong team-building skills.
