What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Handyman Technician to join our growing team. While skills and experience are valuable, we place a stronger emphasis on character, work ethic, and honesty . We believe that the right person with the right attitude can be trained in the technical skills—but no amount of training can replace integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential and commercial handyman tasks (repairs, maintenance, installations, and problem-solving)

• Deliver high-quality service and workmanship to every customer

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

• Communicate job progress and needs clearly with management

• Look for opportunities to provide additional value to clients through add-on services and preventative solutions

Pay & Benefits

This position is performance-based pay . You’ll be rewarded directly for the value you bring to the company and our customers, not just the hours you clock in. Pay is tied to measurable performance indicators such as:

• Customer satisfaction and 5-star reviews

• Completing jobs correctly the first time (no warranty call-backs)

• Adding additional services when appropriate

• Signing service contracts with clients

• Earning referrals from satisfied customers

Qualifications

• Previous handyman, construction, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required

• Must have reliable transportation and basic tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must pass a background check and drug test
