Medical Assistant
- Communicate with clinical staff and providers regarding unbilled documents
- Indexing and scanning documents
- Projects such as gathering information by phone, letter, email or in person
- Recording and updating databases
- Safeguard the privacy of patient health information
- Performs other related duties as required
- General medical business office knowledge
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Computer knowledge required with basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills a must
- Effective written communication skills
