Jobsite Sentry is a fast-growing, technology-driven security company specializing in solar-powered mobile surveillance units that prevent theft and vandalism at construction sites, mining operations, home builds, and retail locations.

With headquarters in Goodyear, AZ, we operate across 11 states and are seeking two motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a growing industry, work with supportive mentors, and develop a rewarding long-term sales career.

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

• Start immediately – full training and mentorship provided.

• Identify and target new business opportunities in construction, aggregate, and related industries.

• Build lasting, trusted relationships with decision-makers.

• Deliver clear, compelling presentations that demonstrate real value.

• Close deals and help drive our nationwide growth.

• Collaborate with a supportive internal team that works with you every step of the way.

• Enjoy a field-based role with meaningful client interactions.

• Travel regularly within our 11-state coverage area to build strong client partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated, relationship-driven professional who wants to grow in sales.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and build trust.

• Confident working independently but also enjoys teamwork.

• Previous sales or business development experience (preferred, not required — we provide training).

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license required.
