We are a high volume Toyota Scion store averaging over 5,000 service vehicles a month. Work in a totally air conditional shop that is one of the largest and most advanced in the valley. Parts delivered to your bay.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to Diagnosis Problems and Determine the Appropriate Repair

Repair Vehicle in a Quality Manner

Check your Work to Prevent Repeat Repairs

Prompt, Courteous, Efficient

Energetic, Self-Starter & Highly Motivated

Analytical & Problem Solving Ability

Qualifications:

5+ Years Automotive Experience

3+ Years Import Experience

ASE Certified a Plus

Judgment & Decision Making Skills – Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path to repair

Proven Track Record for Production

Proven Track Record for CSI Standards

Good Driving Record

Good Understanding of Dealership DMS System

Neat Appearance and Grooming

Positive Enthusiastic Team Player

Pay Plan: Flat Rate Hours Produced times an Hourly Rate, Rate determined by Experience, Paid Vacation, Medical, Dental, 401K & Profit Sharing.
