· Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership

· Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching

· Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads

· Learn our CRM and loan origination technology

· Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners

· Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives

· Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, results-driven environment

✅ Who We’re Looking For

· No mortgage experience needed—paid training provided

· Bachelor’s degree OR experience in sales, service, military, or commission-based roles

· Background in hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics is a plus

· Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people

· Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)

· Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance

· Thrives under high expectations and fast-paced environments

· Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
