Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our Retro Sales division. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the sale of commercial roofing solutions. Prior experience in construction or roofing sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Development: Prospect for new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking.

• Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to assess roofing needs and present appropriate solutions.

• Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed proposals that include pricing, timelines, and project specifications.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing systems, products, and installation processes.

• Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support sales strategy.

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales goals.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on sales performance to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction sales.

• Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
