HR Manager- Tempe, AZ! POST NUMBER: 465251
- Administer payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Review and validate timekeeping records, overtime, PTO, and wage adjustments in accordance with wage and hour regulations
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and accurately
- Manage full-cycle onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and system access setup
- Lead new hire orientations covering company policies, benefits, safety procedures, and role expectations
- Ensure timely completion of all required training and employment documentation
- Oversee offboarding procedures, including final payroll processing, benefits termination, exit documentation, and company equipment return
- Administer employee benefits and insurance programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
- Partner with insurance brokers and carriers to manage enrollments, renewals, audits, and claims support
- Lead annual open enrollment, clearly communicating benefit options and changes to employees
- Ensure accurate benefits deductions and seamless coordination with payroll
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace concerns and performance matters
- Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR Supervisor or Manager experience (leadership required)
- Experience supporting an organization of approximately 100 employees
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, insurance, and employment law
