THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE AS OUR LANDSCAPE PROJECT MANAGER - ARCHITECT
As our Landscape Project Manager - Architect, you'll lead the charge on dynamic landscape architecture projects from concept to construction. Your day will involve transforming ideas into detailed plans, managing permit submissions, collaborating across disciplines, and keeping a sharp eye on topography, access, and environmental constraints. You'll guide your team through design development and construction documentation using CAD, ensuring every drawing, render, and material palette reflects the highest standards. While managing budgets and timelines, you'll remain hands-on in the design process-balancing leadership with creativity. Whether it's setting up sheet sets or addressing complex site challenges, you'll play a pivotal role in turning vision into reality.
This is a full-time position with two flexible weekly schedule options:
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, or a relative field
- 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture
- CAD experience
- Knowledge of code and compliance at the municipal, state, and national levels
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership abilities
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Being a registered landscape architect in Arizona is preferred. Experience with Sketch-Up and/or Lumion is a plus!
