We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician who is passionate about preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care . Enjoy autonomy in your practice with strong administrative and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine and primary care services.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Emphasize preventive care and wellness education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)system.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain in Arizona).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care .

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $215,000 – $250,000 (commensurate with experience).
