Location: Tempe, Arizona 85282 — On-site
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Type: Contract | On-site
Shift: 3rd Shift, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday
Job SummaryWe are seeking a QA Laboratory Technician I to support quality assurance operations in a manufacturing environment. The QA Technician will perform laboratory testing, product sampling, and inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This is a 3rd shift role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently overnight.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine laboratory tests and quality inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Collect and document samples according to established protocols
- Record test results accurately in laboratory information management systems
- Identify and escalate out-of-specification results to quality supervision
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration schedules are followed
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections as needed
- Associate degree or higher in a science-related field preferred
- 1+ years of laboratory or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or similar quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work overnight 3rd shift, Monday through Friday
