Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating communications, and supporting executives or departments with a wide range of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to executives, managers, or departments
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
* Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
* Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
* Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
* Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and minutes
* Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
* Support data entry, recordkeeping, and database management
* Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
* Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
* Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Compensation
* Annual Salary Range: $45,000 to $65,000 USD, depending on experience and location
