Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments for patients, order necessary diagnostics, and develop customized care strategies
• Diagnose and treat various acute, chronic, or episodic health issues independently or in collaboration with physicians (based on credentialing)

Educational Background

Required Credentials

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or the ability to obtain these within 90 days
