D2D experience is a must in the pest or lawn industry. As well as management of other sales reps.

We are an expanding company seeking motivated individuals who have experience in pest control/lawn weed services. If you have ever worked in the industry and been unable to decide if you want to get out of the summer sales gig and on to something bigger and better, this is the perfect opportunity. Individuals must be highly motivated and willing to learn the ownership model. We help with operations both in the beginning and ongoing. Our team will be the support system for all aspects of your business, you just need to be the wheel. This allows true majority equity. We are looking for partners, and people who are entrepreneurial minded who want benefits from their customers today, and for years to come.

We are currently in multiple states with plans to expand into many more over the next few years.

You must have some experience in building and managing a team of sales reps, plus d2d experience yourself.

Job Requirements:

-Valid drivers license

-People skills are a must!

-Strong work ethic

-Customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

Job Details:

-You will be working with people daily

- Selling pest control and lawn/weed packages to suite customers needs

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
