Brand Ambassador- Tucson (Cannabis)

As a Baked Bros™ Brand Ambassador, you are the face, voice, and energy of our brand in the field. You're passionate about cannabis and our mission, and you bring it to life in every interaction. You don't just show up, you create memorable experiences that leave people talking about Baked Bros™ long after you're gone. Whether you're leading a staff training, engaging consumers at an event, making an unannounced store visit, or attending a scheduled on-site, every interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty and create brand promoters.

You are skilled in delivering high-impact presentations, building strong relationships, and representing the cannabis industry with excellence, professionalism, and credibility. You work independently most of the time, traveling across Arizona in your own vehicle to dispensaries, events, and community activations. You know how to capture and communicate valuable field insights that help sales and marketing succeed. And you're physically ready for the demands of the role, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling event setups with ease.

This is a part-time position, s tarting at $20 per hour, Tuesday - Saturday (Various Hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the brand with excellence at all retail visits, events, and community activations, embodying Baked Bros™ standards, values, and mission.
• Educate and train retail staff to confidently promote Baked Bros™ products and drive sales.
• Engage consumers in the field through events, in-store activations, and guerrilla marketing to build loyalty and advocacy.
• Deliver high-impact presentations at staff trainings, events, and community outreach opportunities.
• Create memorable, brand-aligned experiences that leave a lasting impression on customers and partners.
• Gather and report valuable field insights on consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to sales and marketing leadership.
• Manage event logistics from setup to breakdown, ensuring a clean, professional, and compliant presentation.
• Maintain expert-level product and industry knowledge, staying informed on cannabis regulations, product details, and brand updates.
• Safely transport and handle product and materials, including loading/unloading up to 50 lbs, while keeping your vehicle organized and spotless.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and all Arizona cannabis regulations during every activation, training, and interaction.
