Sunlink Energy is not your typical solar company. We’re a tight-knit, fast-growing team based in Gilbert, AZ, and we’re looking for someone who can help set the energy from the front desk!

Sunlink Energy is a private, fast-growing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company based in Gilbert, AZ. Our team is collaborative, inclusive, and focused on building a positive work environment that supports both professional growth and personal connection.

We are currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Assist with customer outreach when needed
• Monitor and manage office inventory and supplies (including placing orders, such as Costco runs)
• Sign off on deliveries and maintain general front office organization
• Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed
• Occasionally support coordination of industry events or networking opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor
• Organized and dependable with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in general office technology (training provided as needed)
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently when necessary
• Interest in the renewable energy industry is a plus, but not required
