As a Journeyman Plumber at Phoenix Water Solutions , you’ll be an essential part of our growing team, providing high-quality plumbing services and solutions for residential and specialty projects. This role is perfect for skilled plumbers who take pride in their work, enjoy hands-on problem-solving, and want to grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Many of our projects involve specialty plumbing scopes, making strong technical skills and attention to detail highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and specialty projects
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
- Install and service water heaters (tank and tankless), water lines, drains, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Ensure all work meets Arizona plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license in Arizona
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and materials
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to perform physical labor, lift equipment, and work in various environments
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with specialty plumbing or advanced repairs is a plus
