Summit Restoration and Construction is a team who thrives on customer service, urgency, high standards, and strong relationships. We’re growing and looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach and impact in the Valley.

As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in building long-term partnerships alongside the team and helping to drive revenue. Although everyone at Summit takes part in sales and business development through our daily actions, this position will lead the charge out in the field connecting with existing customers as well as finding and developing new relationships to share with the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with sales strategies that align with our business goals
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to grow your presence
• Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Track pipeline activity, report progress, and hit monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Drive client retention through thoughtful engagement, follow-ups, and appreciation efforts
• Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-first mindset
• Own our digital presence: create social content, manage the website, and oversee campaigns
• Lead internal employee appreciation initiatives and team-building events
• Support teammates in their networking and relationship-building efforts
• Help champion our company values across all internal and external touchpoints

Who You Are

• Experienced: 3+ years in sales or business development, or client-facing role. Industry experience in restoration, construction, property management, or similar fields is a major plus
• Connector: Naturally great at building rapport and relationships. People trust you quickly
• Driven: You thrive in fast-paced environments, love chasing goals, and take initiative without waiting to be told
• Organized: You manage your time and pipeline effectively, follow up like a pro, and document your work
• Energetic: You bring positivity and hustle to every interaction, even under pressure
• A self-starter who’s aligned with our values of teamwork, customer focus, hard work, problem solving, and enthusiasm
