NC Dental LLP is now hiring an experienced Associate Dentist with 5+ years of experience. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional & quality dental care in a comfortable and friendly environment. Our state-of-the-art clinic is equipped with the latest dental technologies, and our office is dedicated to our patients, staff, and business.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to providing every patient with great education and urgency of their dental care needs.

We are a Sunday-Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday practice and every other Wednesday. (6-7 days a week practice). We are looking for a strong individual who can commit to this type of schedule.

Schedule: (Schedule will be determine upon hire, Every other weekend shift)

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday: 730am-3pm
• Tuesday, Thursday: 1130am-7pm
• Friday: 1030am-7pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct various dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, root canals, implant placement & restorations, crown & bridge, and Invisalign.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide effective patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Valid dental license in Arizona.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality patient care and professional development.

What We Offer:

• $90K-150K+ (DOE)
