Prior Experience • Strong Interpersonal Background (Ex: customer service, retail, operations support, field services, logistics, hospitality, or other client‑facing or operational roles) Travel Requirements: • Ability to move between designated locations as needed • Personal vehicle & valid drivers license required to interview Shift Requirements: • Willingness to provide coverage or support on short notice when operational needs arise • Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule across 7 days per week (will be scheduled for 5 full‑time days) Education: • HS Diploma Required Additional: • Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism • Comfort supporting operational and research‑related workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Education: B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Communications or similar fields • Experience: Prior experience with user research/usability studies preferred
