Job description

We’re hiring multiple engineers to join an innovative team at the intersection of media and technology. This is a chance to work across large-scale data platforms and modern application stacks, building systems that support global digital experiences. You’ll join collaborative teams working on impactful products across data engineering, backend services, and front-end applications.

We’re seeking experienced engineers with strengths in one of the following areas:

Senior Data Engineer

Help drive a robust data infrastructure supporting scalable pipelines, real-time processing, and API development.

Stack: Python, Spark, Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and APIs
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams
• Ensure data quality and SLA compliance
• Apply modern data modeling and distributed processing methods

Experience:

• 5+ years in data engineering
• Hands-on with Spark, Airflow, and cloud data tools (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Strong Python skills, API development, and GraphQL familiarity

Full Stack Enginner (Java + React/Angular)

Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices and modern UIs.

Stack: Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, React, Angular, MongoDB

• Build scalable full-stack web applications
• Work on backend services and dynamic frontends
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams
• Participate in agile development and CI/CD processes

Experience:

• 3+ years in full stack roles
• Strong in Java (or Kotlin), Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks
• MongoDB and RESTful API experience
• Bonus: Experience with MUI, Gradle, Jira, and monorepo architecture

Full Stack Engineer (MERN + AWS)

Contribute to secure, serverless web applications supporting studio operations and digital workflows.

Stack: React, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS (Lambdas, S3, Step Functions), PostgreSQL

• Develop API services and custom UI components
• Work with AWS serverless architecture to support backend functionality
• Build secure, scalable solutions using modern frameworks and event-driven patterns
• Troubleshoot production issues and support post-release maintenance

Experience:

• 4+ years in software engineering
• Strong in MERN stack (React, Node.js, Express, Mongo/Postgres)
• Proficient in AWS Lambda and serverless services
• Familiar with JWT/SSO, API Gateways, GitHub/GitLab, and Terraform

Requirements:

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Glendale, CA (hybrid model)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to clean, maintainable code
• Background check required prior to start
