Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Arizona
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong skills in completing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Ability to develop and implement tailored intervention plans
• Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills for working with staff, students, and families
• Knowledge of best practices in pediatric and educational occupational therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial occupational therapy evaluations for students identified with needs
• Develop clear, actionable therapy goals based on evaluation findings
• Transition to providing individualized and/or group therapy services
• Consult regularly with teachers and school personnel to support student IEPs
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in alignment with school district policies
• Engage with families to explain evaluation results and therapy goals
