• Conduct comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute evaluation and management sessions remotely.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy as clinically appropriate to efficiently guide your patients toward their goals.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers through integrated care plans and shared insights.
• Utilize data-informed tools for tailored treatment plans and improved patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing learning and collaboration with fellow clinicians and clinical leadership.

1. Within your first 90 days, you will gain familiarity with Two Chairs' systems and refine relevant workflows, while gradually building a solid caseload.
2. By the end of your first year, you will have established a robust patient base and contributed to transformative mental health care.

• Reliable Compensation: Hourly rates ranging from $62-$96 based on experience and location, plus opportunities for bonuses and annual merit increases.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes sick leave, 401(k) options, CME access, malpractice insurance, and administrative support for credentialing and cross-licensing.
• Flexible Part-time Position: Up to 16 hours per week with the potential for increased hours. Anticipate spending 75% of your time on direct patient care.
• Supportive Clinical Coverage: Ensure continuity of care for your patients through backup support and access to a 24/7 crisis line.

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active PMHNP license in New York, with willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience offering mental health services as a PMHNP.
• Active DEA license in New York.
• Registered experience in remote telepsychiatry services.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, collaborative mental health care.
• Ability to start by mid-June 2026.
