job summary:
Core Technical Requirements

Java Expert: 6-8 years of robust experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot.

Python Backend: 4-5 years of experience in Python, specifically for backend services or data-driven applications.

Modern Paradigms: Deep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux).

Streaming & Data: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven systems and Apache Flink for stream processing.

Data Stores: Proficiency in Redis (caching), MongoDB (NoSQL), and Oracle (RDBMS).

API Design: Mastery of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a strong plus).

AI & Conversational Exposure

Working knowledge of Google Dialogflow CX or similar conversational frameworks.

Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.

Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit) or Playbook frameworks.

Conceptual grasp of ML fundamentals and model telemetry.

Additional Qualifications

Experience with Cloud-Native environments (OCP/OpenShift, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong debugging skills in complex, distributed microservices environments.

Previous experience in FinTech or high-traffic digital assistant platforms is highly preferred.
