Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and newly licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This independent contractor position is ideal for agents who want to specialize in retirement-focused insurance products while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Whether you're working 15 hours or 40+ hours per week, you'll have access to proven systems, warm leads, and comprehensive product training.

- Guide clients through policy design and application processes
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and carrier requirements
- Build long-term client relationships through ongoing service and reviews
Requirements
- Active State Life Insurance License (required - must be licensed in your state of residence)
- Age: 18 years or older
- Background Check: Must pass background check and state insurance department screening
- Availability: Minimum 15 hours per week commitment
- Technology: Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote client meetings
