Commercial Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician with strong plumbing experience to support commercial and mixed-use properties throughout the Phoenix area. This role is 100% hands-on. T he ideal candidate personally performs repairs and maintenance and does not outsource or manage vendors .

If you’re the type who grabs your tools and fixes the problem yourself, this role is for you.

Must-Have Experience (Plumbing Focus)

Candidates must have solid, working knowledge and hands-on experience with:

• Plumbing leak detection and repairs
• Faucet repairs and replacements
• Slab leaks
• Jetting and drain line cleaning
• Drain line camera inspections
• Re-pipes
• Water heater repairs and replacements
• Water softeners and filtration systems
• Grease trap and interceptor repair/replacement
• Interior and exterior plumbing leaks

No vendoring — all work is performed in-house by the technician.

Additional Hands-On Skills (Strong Plus)

Experience in any of the following is highly valued:

General Repairs & Construction

• Drywall repair and patching
• Structural and water damage repairs
• Stucco patching
• Wood replacement and cabinetry repair
• Handrail repairs (wood or steel)
• Furniture repairs
• Graffiti control and paint touch-ups
• Full interior/exterior repainting
• Floor repair and replacement
• Epoxy grout, grout repair, and replacement
• Concrete repair, grinding, and stair replacement
• Ceiling repair and replacement
• Fence repairs and installation
• Dumpster enclosure repairs
• Rodent damage repairs
• Board-ups, trip hazard mitigation, and safety repairs

Doors, Hardware & Exterior

• Interior and exterior door repair and adjustments
• Door closers
• Car damage repairs (drive-thru incidents)

Electrical & Low Voltage

• Interior and exterior lighting
• Bathroom exhaust fans and fly fan installation/repair
• Sub-panels and panel upgrades
• Load center calculations
• Transformers
• Temporary power
• Low voltage systems
• Network cables and phone lines
• CCTV
• Fire systems (support/repairs)

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs independently

• Not a vendor management role
• Not a dispatch-only or supervisory position
• Not subcontracted or outsourced work

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with commercial water heaters, commercial water filtration systems, grease traps, and snaking and unclogging.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities repairs,
• Ability to work days, nights, and early mornings
