We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment scheduling.
• Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including generating invoices and following up on collections.
• Handle billing operations, ensuring timely and precise invoicing to clients.
• Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
• Process invoices efficiently, verifying details and resolving discrepancies.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Work with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform financial operations.• Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in billing and invoice processing.
• Skilled in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software including Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
