Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team to exceed occupancy targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our mission to redefine real estate experiences.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with beauty and wellness professionals, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of our premium salon suite spaces, showcasing their unique benefits.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing clear and actionable information to potential partners.
- Follow up diligently with leads, creating a sense of urgency while respecting their decision-making process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the real estate sector.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred, especially in service-based, membership, retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or relationship-driven sales.
- Proven ability to follow up consistently, build trust quickly, and move prospects toward a decision.
- Comfortable with outbound sales activity, including calls, texts, emails, DMs, referrals, and local networking.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead tours, handle objections, and ask for the close.
- Highly organized and comfortable using a CRM or tracking system to manage leads and follow-up.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and energized by goals, performance bonuses, and measurable results.
- Professional presence with a warm, polished, relationship-focused approach.
