We are looking for a Customer Delivery Associate to provide excellent customer service for our business and distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with orders, returns, and questions in a professional and friendly manner
• Mark and tag merchandise with prices and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of products and supplies in the storage area
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure that displays are well-stocked and attractive
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to do basic math and handle financial transactions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Bonus Points for Billingual Speaking Spanish and English
