Start date: January 2026 Schedule: 4p-2a M-F Position Summary: The job scope is working with the CVS corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information. Responsibilities: + Multitask in a high pressure environment + Adhere to strict turnaround times + Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft office programs + Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled + Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine + Folding & inserting mail into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. + Verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. + Follow Confidentiality Laws and Regulations. Requirements: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year experience working in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum 1 year experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
