Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with Car Nation AZ's brand values and objectives.
  • Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages new ideas and creative problem-solving.
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Manage and enhance the dealership's online presence, including website development and social media platforms, to engage and attract customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to create promotional campaigns that highlight vehicle offerings and special events.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends, using insights to inform creative direction.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative achievements and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and a passion for the automotive industry.
