Our established specialty office is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, professional, and organized Dental Front Office Concierge to join our front office team! Please note - this is not a management position and previous dental front office experience IS REQUIRED

Role Overview: As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for new patients—welcoming them warmly, gathering essential information, coordinating their first visits, and ensuring they feel valued from the first call to check-in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and warmly greet new patients

• Schedule consultations and gather required documents

• Verify insurance benefits

• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless first visits

• Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software

• Provide a concierge-style experience that reflects our high standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental front office experience required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
