- 2+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, or innovation roles (multifamily or real estate preferred).
- Proven success in implementing AI, automation, or workflow optimization solutions.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with executives, on-site teams, and vendors.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on impact.
- Ability to travel to communities throughout the Phoenix Valley as needed.
In this role, you will
- Support the development and execution of AI-based and other innovation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resident experience, and overall business performance.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, specifically AI, automation, and other data tools, that may enhance company processes.
- Assist in mapping current workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvement or AI automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, understand operational needs, and support the implementation of new solutions.
- Help coordinate pilot programs and technology rollouts, including documentation and process standardization.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to innovation, AI tool-related results, and process improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on new and upcoming AI tools and automations, industry trends, proptech developments, and new tools relevant to multifamily operations.
- Support training, communication, and adoption efforts to help teams successfully implement new systems and processes.
