Cyber Detection & Response AI Implementation & Validation Specialist

We are seeking a Cyber Detection & Response AI Implementation & Validation Specialist to support the deployment, integration, testing, and validation of AI-enabled security detection and response capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with SOC, infrastructure, cloud, identity, and platform teams to implement AI-assisted security workflows, validate integrations, and ensure operational readiness through testing, attack simulations, and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of AI-powered SOC capabilities, AI assistants, and security workflow automation solutions.
• Integrate enterprise security platforms, data sources, APIs, service accounts, and authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, identity, and platform teams to establish secure connectivity and deployment readiness.
• Validate AI-assisted detection, triage, investigation, and incident response workflows.
• Design and execute security testing, attack simulations, purple team exercises, and operational readiness assessments.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues, workflow gaps, and operational risks.
• Support deployment activities, issue resolution, and platform optimization.
• Document implementation processes, testing results, technical configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure security solutions align with organizational standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, threat detection, or security platform implementation.
• Experience implementing and integrating enterprise security technologies.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence, and SOC operations.
• Knowledge of network security, REST APIs, authentication protocols, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and cloud security.
• Experience performing security testing, attack simulations, validation, or purple team exercises.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
