<\/span> Responsibilities <\/span>
<\/span> We are looking for a talented Workday Integration developer to join the People
Technology team involved in managing large -scale company initiative. <\/span>
<\/span> The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work
in a fast -paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of
contact for assigned projects and tickets. <\/span>
<\/span> In our dynamic environment, we all roll up our sleeves to pitch in, so each day
might be a little different. In general, the job responsibilities include: <\/span>
<\/span> As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
<\/span> • Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity
<\/span> • Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system
enhancements, new features on Workday Integration system
<\/span> o Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
<\/span> • Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy
and configuration changes
<\/span> • Support test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
<\/span> • Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system
enhancements
<\/span> • Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end -to -end
Workday systems improvement.
<\/span> • Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projects <\/span>
<\/span> To be successful in this role you will need: <\/span>
<\/span> • Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU
capacity
<\/span> • Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment
<\/span> • Integration configuration skills Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof,
API, Workday Studio, Reporting
<\/span> • Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business
Process Configuration, Security configuration a bonus
<\/span> • Advanced Reporting Writer skills
<\/span> • Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday –
Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management
<\/span> • Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with
multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
<\/span> • Strong problem -solving skills to solve any issues within the system <\/span><\/div>
