Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing vendors.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
• Handle essential accounting duties, including transaction processing, account maintenance, and reconciling books.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Perform other related administrative and accounting functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience).
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, uickbooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with Bill.com or similar electronic payment platform a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
