Spirit of the Heavens in Sedona, AZ is looking for a full-time PM Resort Attendant . This hospitality job pays $22 – $25 per hour , based on your experience. You'll also get generous benefits , such as:

In this hospitality role, you will work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, full-time . Most of your work will be in the afternoon and evening, helping guests as they arrive, settle in, and enjoy their stay.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school degree or equivalent
• Front office experience
• Ability to work the evening schedule (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PM RESORT ATTENDANT

As the PM Resort Attendant, you will start each shift by preparing guest accommodations-ensuring rooms are spotless, amenities are fully stocked, and first impressions are flawless. Before guests arrive, you will check lighting, adjust heating or air conditioning to perfection, and ensure every detail meets our high standards, from clean towels to welcoming treats. Throughout the evening, you will communicate with guests, guiding them through the check-in process, confirming their stay details, and making sure all required forms are completed. You will provide personalized orientations, answering questions about the property and its unique features, from common areas to stargazing programs. If guests need help to their lodging, you will assist them and make sure they feel welcomed and informed. You will be available to resolve concerns, manage reservations, answer phone calls, and handle retail sales with confidence, drawing on your familiarity with our stones, wands, and pendants. You will also be prepared to handle property tasks: managing HVAC, audio/visual equipment, door locks, and even addressing occasional challenges like insects or wildlife, always keeping the guest experience at the forefront.
