Job Details

• Salary: From $60,000 to $100,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Phoenix, Mesa, and Prescott Valley, AZ

Work Hours

Your workweek will consist of 40 hours with a consistent schedule, supporting work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assist them in finding the ideal RV to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Present product information clearly and professionally, emphasizing the benefits of RV ownership.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Some sales experience preferred; RV sales experience is not required.
• Positive attitude with strong achievement drive.
• High energy, quick thinker, quick learner, and accountable.
• Effective computer, verbal, and written communication skills with consistent follow-up.
• Coachability, honesty, empathy, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
