Responsibilities:

• Diligently perform all tasks outlined on repair orders in adherence to dealership standards
• Conduct thorough test-drives and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle components and systems
• Diagnose, service, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Maintain clear communication with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates
• Adhere to manufacturer specifications while executing warranty repairs
