Location: Phoenix, AZ, Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote)

Position Overview:
We re seeking an experienced Architectural Project Designer to lead the design, documentation, and delivery of building projects across a diverse range of sectors. This role blends creative design with technical precision to bring spaces to life that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to translate needs into practical and innovative design solutions.

• Work cross-functionally with project managers, consultants, and in-house teams.

• Lead planning, site/zoning analysis, code compliance, and documentation.

• Develop detailed construction drawings using Revit , AutoCAD , and Bluebeam .

• Coordinate bid packages, submittals, and construction administration tasks.

• Oversee and mentor junior drafting/technical staff.

• Maintain QA/QC standards and project consistency.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of architectural design experience, healthcare projects required .

• Strong technical expertise in Revit , Bluebeam , and sustainable design practices.

• Working knowledge of building codes , ADA, zoning, and construction documentation.

• Architectural license preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

• Must be able to perform fieldwork on active construction sites.

• Must have a valid U.S. driver s license and legal work authorization.

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and sit for extended periods.
