Event Promotions Assistant
Position Overview
The Event Promotions Assistant supports event-based promotional activities by assisting with setup, customer interaction, and coordination during live events. This role is ideal for individuals interested in events, promotions, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.

Support promotional activities during events and outreach programs.

Greet and engage attendees in a professional manner.

Maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.

Assist with tracking attendance and engagement.

Communicate operational needs to event supervisors.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light setup tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
